  In this video, Lene and René play two thieves who are robbing at an Art Museum, assisted by Claus and Søren (which are hiding inside an Aqua Plumbing Inc. truck equipped with plenty of advanced technologies). Using their abilities, Lene and René manage to steal the most valuable item from the museum, a giant Ruby.
  

  After that, Claus and Søren prevent Lene and René from being caught by the security guards, and they all four escape from the museum jumping from the roof. Back at home, they laugh altogether and throw the Ruby into an aquarium full of gems and other treasures.
  

• Facts:
  • The video was premiered in June 5th, 2000, a week after the single was released in Europe.
  • It was shot in Copenhague's National Art Museum (Statens Museum for Kunst).
  • It was edited with a very original parted-screen technique that became very popular some years later, with the 24 TV series and some other films.
  • Early reports at Aqua official website stated that Lene was playing the spectacular jump scene, but in the Behind The Scenes, you can see that a stunt actress (disguised like Lene) played it instead.
  • In her Toxic video, Britney Spears had a very similar look to that of Around The World's Lene, with long red hair and a black catsuit, and similarly sneaking into a building to steal something (a venom, in Toxic's case).
  • There was a second video for Around The World, directed by Peter Pedersen and Peter Stenbæk. It featured Aqua watching TV, where they appeared performing at many TV programmes from all around the world. Some scenes of it can be seen in the 2005 Turn Back Time documentary.
